  • Founder & CEO

    Francesco M. Pecoraro is the CEO of Adesso Business Group, a consulting and brokerage firm helping entrepreneurs and SMBs achieve growth and successful transitions. With over two decades of experience as an entrepreneur and executive, Francesco specializes in strategic planning, operational excellence, and business development — a focus shaped early in his career by work in litigation support and investigative services, where he built deep relationships across the legal, insurance, and corporate sectors.

    He also founded COO For Hire, a service that gives businesses access to high-level operational expertise without the cost of a full-time executive. A graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with an MBA and BBA in Finance and Marketing, Francesco is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, bringing a global perspective to his work.

    Guided by values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation, Francesco mentors business owners to create lasting impact beyond financial success. Looking ahead, he envisions Adesso Business Group as a catalyst for transformation — leveraging technology and strategic partnerships to help businesses thrive in an evolving marketplace.

    Outside the office, Francesco enjoys spending time with family and friends, soaking up the beautiful Southwest Florida weather, and the occasional round of golf.

Her background combines hands on marketing execution with sales strategy, client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue development.

    As Chief Marketing Officer, Gina brings a practical, growth focused approach to building brands, connecting with customers, and creating marketing strategies that support long term business objectives.

    Janice Durant is a Certified Franchise Consultant helping entrepreneurs and business owners find the right path to ownership through new and resale franchise opportunities. With over 20 years of experience in franchising, including a decade as a franchise owner and several years leading franchise operations for a franchisor overseeing more than 220 owners globally. Janice specializes in matching candidates with opportunities that fit their goals, skills, and vision.

    A dedicated advocate for the people she works with, Janice guides candidates through every stage of the discovery process, from initial exploration to due diligence and decision, drawing on her firsthand experience on both sides of the franchise relationship.

    Guided by a commitment to honesty, low-pressure guidance, and long-term fit over quick placements, Janice works to help every candidate make a confident, well-informed decision. She build lasting relationships within the franchising community, connecting people with opportunities that create real ownership success.
