  • Founder & CEO

    Francesco M. Pecoraro is the CEO of Adesso Business Group, a consulting and brokerage firm helping entrepreneurs and SMBs achieve growth and successful transitions. With over two decades of experience as an entrepreneur and executive, Francesco specializes in strategic planning, operational excellence, and business development.

    He also founded COO For Hire, a service that gives businesses access to high-level operational expertise without the cost of a full-time executive. A graduate of the State University of New York at Albany with an MBA and BBA in Finance and Marketing, Francesco is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, bringing a global perspective to his work.

    Guided by values of integrity, collaboration, and innovation, Francesco mentors business owners to create lasting impact beyond financial success. Looking ahead, he envisions Adesso Business Group as a catalyst for transformation—leveraging technology and strategic partnerships to help businesses thrive in an evolving marketplace.
